Looking for both comfort and change? I strongly believe that growth happens when we feel supported and understood. As a therapist, my role is to facilitate your goals by highlighting new and old ways of processing and understanding the world around us. I am passionate about identifying and understanding the impact of values in ourselves, our support structures, and the community. A majority of the clients I work with experience anxiety, sadness, or grief, or they face challenges stemming from life transitions or from self-esteem, relationship, and identity. I hold particular interest working with transitional youth.
I take a multifaceted trauma-informed approach to counseling, with a framework of person-centered therapy. I've taken training to support being a Certified Grief Informed Professional, and a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy Professional. I hold an active certification as a National Certified Counselor.
