Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Beginning the therapy process is a big step in understanding yourself and the world around you. My approach to therapy is very collaborative. I believe that you are the expert in your life, and I am here to guide you! Our environment influences how we think, feel, and make decisions, often resulting in a profound impact on our mind and body. I can help you understand how you see yourself in the world and provide you tools to navigate life's challenges and wins.

I specialize in working with children, youth, adults and families impacted by trauma. Utilizing my trauma-focused training, combined with my background in domestic and relationship violence prevention, I bring a strengths-based approach that is both motivational and client-centered. I am here to prioritize your needs by providing a brave and compassionate space where we build goals unique to you, and where you can grow at a safe and comfortable pace.

I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and integrate both psychoeducation and skills-based techniques into my work. My specialties include trauma and PTSD,

grief, and relationship and domestic/sexual abuse. More broadly, I work with clients experiencing anxiety,
depression, and mood-related disorders. I am looking forward to supporting you through this journey!
