I believe in the power of decisions, and my goal in therapy is to help my clients make values-based choices. To do so, I help clients develop awareness of their emotions and how they can impact each decision. Furthermore, I strive to help my clients find agency, community, and joy in their lives - factors I believe are non-negotiable for a life well lived.
I bring a trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive philosophy to each session, and I enjoy helping clients, couples, and families recover from issues related to anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss and relationship/family/social concerns.
Additionally, I enjoy working with clients with identity questions, those contemplating or experiencing a life transition, and those with spiritual, religious, and existential questions.
I have experience working with military veterans and individuals with high-stress occupations,
as well as men’s mental health and masculinity issues. In addition to therapy, I have experience
in facilitating groups, psychoeducation, and training.
Working with me is like working with a co-pilot. If you are looking to make a change, let’s work
together to get you confident in the driver's seat so you can go where you want to go.
