From childhood through older adulthood, we experience constant seasons of change—whether in school, work, friendships, relationships, puberty, aging, or end of life care. Navigating these transitions can bring feelings of overwhelm, self-doubt, isolation, worry, or sadness. My name is Alex, and I am deeply passionate about supporting young adults, professionals, and working parents as they move through life’s challenges. I take strength-based approach to therapy, helping individuals regain clarity and confidence in their journey.

I am currently in the process of becoming EMDR-trained and certified, and I will primarily be using EMDR for training and practice purposes. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused, evidence-based approach that helps individuals process distressing experiences and build resilience.

I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MB-CBT), both of which are evidence-based practices that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth.
