Finding the right therapist is the first step in the therapeutic
process. It's important to find a practitioner who is a good fit for you. Engaging in therapy is an act of courage, which can have
surprisingly positive results, improving one’s mood, thoughts,
feelings, actions and self-esteem.
Therapy can help you improve your relationship to yourself and
your relationships with others. It can help you become aware of
the emotions that affect your mood, thoughts and behaviors.
The therapeutic process can bring us closer to knowing and understanding ourselves, our longings, desires, memories, actions and choices.
It is though the therapeutic relationship that we can change how we feel and ultimately improve our lives. I enjoy working with people of all ages and from multifaceted backgrounds, individuals, adolescents, couples and families. I have treated a wide range of mental health issues and psychiatric disorders. I have treated individuals suffering form anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, abuse and relationship issues.
I have a deep interest and knowledge of psychodynamic psychotherapy and am familiar with many modalities. I draw from many sources and theories in responding to my clients individual needs.
